Accommodations

Anderson's Hitch 'n Post Ranch can accommodate up to 600 people. (Weddings up to 400 people) 

Minimums & Rental Fees

Rental fee for Anderson's Hitch 'n Post Ranch is Sunday through Thursday $1500, Friday $2000, and Saturday $2500. (It is a $2500 rental fee for Sundays that fall on a long weekend.)

There is a minimum requirement of 100 adults on Fridays, 150 adults on Saturdays, and 75 adults on Sundays (Sundays that fall on a long weekend require 150 adults) in the months of April - October.

In the months of November - March, the minimum requirement is 200 adults and a rental fee of $2500.

Other Terms

CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES

Wedding menu and timeline must be discussed and finalized with Anderson's Hitch 'n Post Ranch BEFORE invitations get created and sent out.

The Hitch 'n Post WILL NOT HOST SOCIALS OR SAFE GRADS.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $1000.00 is required at the time of booking an event at the ranch at which time a contract is signed. All deposits go towards the final invoice of the evening. *No booking will be confirmed without a signed contract and paid deposit.

By the way, prices are always honoured on all signed contracts!

Cancellation

Cancellation within 10 days of the event will result in a fee of 2/3's of the estimated food costs.

Payment of 50% of the estimated guaranteed number of guests will be charged 1 month prior to event, in which payment is required 14 days prior to the event with the balance due the evening of the event (Payment may be made in the form of cash or cheque).

A final guarantee of guests is required 14 days prior to the event. If the number of guests exceeds the guarantee, you will be billed according to the number served. If the number is less than the guarantee, you will be charged for the guarantee given.

Food

All food must be supplied, prepared and served by the staff of the Hitch 'n Post. Dietary substitutions are available upon request.

Damages

The Client will be responsible for their guests as well as any damages to the premises by their guests prior to, during or after event.

All candles must be contained in votive holder/fire safe container. No tapered candles are permitted.
